The Irresistible Woman | Christina Wiley - Empowering Relationship Coach for Women

I've discovered a commom mistake often made when setting goals. There are some people who make an incredible living just helping others set goals.

As an Irresistible Woman™ Coach I help my clients discover goals and create an action plan to reach those goals and be successful. There are two things that make a difference in reaching goals.

The first component that must be in place for consistently reaching goals is accountability. If no one knows about your goal and when you plan to accomplish it, then who's going to hold you accountable for it?

You can accomplish great and powerful things when you are accountable. By the way, this where a Coach comes in handy.

The second component is where I see mistakes. This is where most women fail and it's the most critical part of goal setting...

When setting a goal today choose a task or project that you are determined to complete. If you set a goal related to something that isn't important, what would motivate you to accomplish it?

There is something magical that happens when you are determined to accomplish something. Think about a time in your life when you were absolutely determined to get something done. A time when no one could stop you.

When you are determined you are focused. When you are focused you are driven. When you are driven you become passionate. When you are passionate you have almost a supernatural ability to get the job done.
